Fabric Care
For machine washing cotton, use a delicate cycle with cold water (30°C or below). For handwashing, use lukewarm water to prevent colour fading. Gently agitate the garment in soapy water, then rinse thoroughly.
Squeeze out excess water and shake the dress to minimize creases. Avoid tumble dryers, as the heat can damage the fabric and consume excessive energy. Instead, air dry cotton garments outdoors in a breeze to keep them almost crease-free. In colder months, hang them indoors (away from radiators) for a gentle drying process.
If you need to iron (often Liberty Tana Lawn does not need ironing) do so on a gentle heat.
The Saltaire, much loved and requested, returns this spring in a work-a-day cotton striped denim.
With its fit and flared shape, the Saltaire dress skims fluidly over the bodice, and gently flows from a slightly high-waisted seam down to a deep frilled hem. Bodice darts at the front and back make this a dress that suits both smaller busts and the more curvy amongst you. As always - you'll find our practical pockets are generous. Self fabric frill at neck. Natural codelite buttons with signature red stitch on top button.
A great dress that holds its shape for work and play. Can be worn open as a spring coat.
This cotton stripe denim is pre-washed and will therefore not shrink in a 30 degree wash.

Here’s the trick: measure your bust, then pick the dress that’s around 4 cm bigger. That little extra room gives you the perfect drape, comfy movement, and that effortless JT style. This is a neat fitting dress.
