Shipping Costs

Standard UK delivery via Royal Mail - £5. Delivery takes 3-5 working days. 

Next working day UK delivery via Royal Mail Tracked - £12.50. Please place your order before 1pm. 

Standard International delivery, via Royal Mail International - £25. Delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on customs processing. ( You ware responsible for all local tax and duties.)  

Express USA delivery,  Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) via DHL Express - £32. Delivery takes 1-3 business days. 

Delivery Timescales

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the size of your order. The estimates are from dispatch and do not include order processing time.

Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on customs procedures and local delivery services.

Order processing and dispatch

Most orders are processed within 1–3 working days. During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we will always keep you informed.

Dispatch on Weekend & Bank Holidays

Orders placed on the Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. If you place your order after 1pm on Friday, you should expect to receive it within 3-5 working days.

UK Next Working Day Delivery

Please note all 'Next Working Day Delivery' orders will need to be placed before 1pm to ensure delivery on the following working day. Orders placed on a Friday before 1pm will be delivered the following Monday.

Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

If you are not available to receive your parcel, the courier may leave a calling card or attempt redelivery. Please follow the instructions provided by the carrier.

If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or an incorrect address, we may charge for redelivery.

Customs & Duties

We automatically remove the UK VAT from your order at the checkout.

Shipping to the USA

We offer Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) shipping to USA only. This means that all applicable import duties, taxes, and handling fees are included in your purchase at checkout — there are no surprise costs upon delivery.

Your order will be delivered directly to you with all customs formalities taken care of by our shipping partners.

International Shipping except USA

We ship worldwide and endeavour to use the best possible delivery method balancing cost and speed. As standard we use Royal Mail International - £25

For international orders with shipping outside of the UK, please note you will be charged our tax-inclusive price minus the UK VAT rate (currently 20%). You will then be responsible to pay all local tax and duties to release your order, should these apply, based on your shipping location. We ship with a DAP (or DDU) policy. Justine Tabak cannot be responsible for any charges occurred, all of which are fully the responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid by the customer on receipt of the shipment. This may include but is not limited to: local sales tax, import duties, brokerage fees, clearance fees and any additional charges. You may also be required to provide additional customs information to clear your order. Rules vary by country so please do check with your local customs office if in doubt.
If you do wish to return an international order, any costs incurred, such as duties, will be the responsibility of the customer. As such, costs will be deducted from your return value.
