Please note, our returns period is 14 days from goods being received. Please return SALE / CLEARANCE items within 7 days.* 

If you are in any way unhappy with your good(s) you may send them back for a refund or a credit note to the following address:

Please note, our returns period for UK returns is 14 days from goods being received, 7 days for sale/clearance items (please note - clearance items are excluded from our standard policy)*. 

We know this is a small window compared to larger companies, however, Justine Tabak is proud to do things differently with kindness to people and planet. We are a slow fashion brand making in small batches and only producing what's needed so as to avoid waste. In order to do this, we need to keep a close eye on stock which is why we ask you to promptly return unwanted garments. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept used or customer damaged items and therefore cannot give a refund or exchange in these circumstance, your statutory rights will not be affected.

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage until you’ve received your refund.  

Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality review. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for this to be completed. Once items have passed inspection, the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment (to be processed by your bank according to their schedule).

Customs and duties as well as original shipping cost will not be refunded. 

International Returns 

Before placing your order, in the hope of avoiding the need for a return please. check sizes carefully with Elizabeth at support@justinetabak.co.uk

If you do wish to return an international order, please put in the post no more than 14 days after receipt of the item, 7 days for sale items. Any costs incurred, such as duties, will be the responsibility of the customer.

We understand that international parcels may take longer to return, please contact Elizabeth at support@justinetabak.co.uk to inform us of the return.

Exchanges

We are very happy to offer exchanges. Please contact Elizabeth on support@justinetabak.co.uk if you would like to make an exchange. 

*Sale Items

Returned items in the seasonal sale (winter and summer) will be refunded as above. 

*Clearance 

Clearance items are excluded from our standard returns/exchange policy.

Returns for these items are accepted for a gift voucher only, not a refund to the original payment method.

This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of faulty or misdescribed items.
