Our New Corner Shop

We have exciting news...we'll be 'headlining' at our own summer festival 'At the Dairy'!

Behind the scenes, Daisy has been working on her own project, bringing a former Edwardian dairy to life in the form of a beautiful concept store in the heart of 'Amwell village' Islington where my clothes are stocked amongst other charming vintage and modern wares. It's turned into one of the prettiest shops in London!

Wednesday June 10 - Sunday June 14th , we'll be 'taking over' with new summer styles and I can't wait to meet you! Please do join me, Daisy and Elizabeth for a warm in-person welcome.

A Cultural Corner - Tucked into a historic enclave between Islington and Clerkenwell, just behind Sadlers Wells theatre in EC1, Amwell Street feels like it belongs to another era, lined with period houses, near to handsome garden squares, with friendly independent shops and cafes scattered up the street. What's more, to coincide with our 'Pop-Up', the much anticipated Quentin Blake Centre for Illustration is opening up this month, making this a destination for a cultural day out. We also have wonderful friends as neighbours in the form of Wallace Sewell for textiles and Pennies for vintage clothes.

Dairy Makeover! Lloyds Dairy is a much loved landmark in the area. Opened in 1905 by the Lloyds family, it served the local community with milk, butter and groceries for nearly a century. Thankfully it has been cherished and now Grade 2 listed so that the original gold Edwardian facade and interior fittings have been preserved.
The former occupants had painted the shop a turquoise blue so it was decided to search the original shop colours and it now stands proudly back to caramel brown with beautiful wood-graining.

Stories and style - whilst Justine Tabak clothes will always feature at the shop, Daisy creates a new theme and edit every month, serving up a beautiful selection of modern, vintage, locally made and internationally crafted goods.

Meet Justine and Daisy and dogs always welcome At the Dairy!
