Gingham Collar Market Dress

New style alert!!

We have refreshed the Market dress for Spring in two new versions ; one here in the prettiest of deadstock prints and another in a trusty gingham. Both dresses have a seasonal addition of a Peter Pan collar, something I've wanted to try out for a while in a size that we think is fun without being fancy dress. We think this dress is perfect for 'work at home' and fits well with our 'pretty practical' ethos.

The Market dress is a simple workaday style; easy cut, high waisted with a button through top and casual shirt sleeve styling. Full length sleeves have slight gathers at the top but not too puffy. Collar and cuffs are trimmed with a soft ruffle cut on the bias with a raw edge, pretty with an edge. Deep side pockets.

Fabric and Aftercare - Pure cotton gingham with Oeko-Tex and Global Organic Textile (GOTS) cotton credentials making it a cleaner and more ecologically conscious cloth. Unlined. 

Machine wash at 30 degrees. Hang dry or cool tumble. Medium iron. We encourage minimal washing, saving water and the environment.

Size Guide -'EASIER' this dress falls within our Easier fit category with a looser fit. Although the design is cut to be looser at the high waist, the shoulders are cut to a natural shoulder line. 

Length falls to mid calf on heights between 5'5" and 5'9"  Model is 5’ 9”, size 8 and is wearing a size Small.
